Magda gets romantic phone calls and presents from someone but tells René nothing- just now he gives her expensive earrings; then she looses one, which turns up in the car where her best friend Hélène believes her husband André did his mysterious girlfriend. Both Steph and René have a hard time in their final confrontation.
