I am Grateful for My Worry

In which Hank just shares some thoughts. I recognize that I am only so capable of actually controlling the way I feel about things. I woke up this morning worried, despite the fact that I made this video earlier this week as a way to maybe not have that happen. But it does help me to at least recognize that the worry is trying to do something...it's not something I need to cast out, but something I need to accept, especially if I want to try and do interesting and hard things.
