On a planet called Amoi, a computerized city called Tanagura lives there, ruled by Jupiter, the computer. The population is almost all male and has various ranks. Silver haired are the highest and dark/black haired are the lowest. The blondes have serialized 'pets' however one blond man named Iason Mink has had a pet named Rikki, for many years.
