'Welcome to NCT Universe', is a reality program where NCT Shotaro and Sung Chan become a guide for 'SM Rookies' who receives a mysterious invitation from 'NEO CITY' to experience everything about NCT. In addition, members of NCT 127, NCT DREAM, and WayV are known to have participated, raising expectations for what story they will tell.

E1Episode 1Three SMROOKIES get a mysterious invitation and visit NEO CITY. For the SMROOKIES, SHOTARO and SUNGCHAN prepare a thorough tour about NCT and NEO CITY. They give a lecture on the chronicle of NCT and do cover dances of NCT’s songs. Meanwhile, the SMROOKIES meet the residents of NEO CITY. Who are the residents that will welcome the SMROOKIES? - Episode 2
E2Episode 2The SMROOKIES meet WayV and get their tips on photoshoots. WayV members also advise them on how to get adjusted to life in Korea and how to perform with confidence on stage. The rookies also visit NCT DREAM to celebrate NCT DREAM's sixth anniversary. Later, they go on a trip where they'll be joined by three special travel mates. - Episode 3
E3Episode 3Welcome to variety show sports day! Three mates are here to train the rookies for variety shows. Variety show master DOYOUNG, JUNGWOO who's born to be a variety show genius, and strong JENO who's great at various sports activities join the rookies. E4Episode 4The boys get ready for dinner under main chef EUNSEOK’s directions. They show off their cooking skills and make various Korean and Western dishes. What will they taste like? The Great Dotsby, DOYOUNG, rents an entire theme park. From a chilling haunted house to a pirate ship, they experience a dream-like time. The members cast a vote to choose their roommates, and their hearts seem to be missing each other in a twist-filled game of Friendship Signal. - Episode 5
E5Episode 5This is the last story of NCT and SMROOKIES’ trip, and they head to a private hideout. They play three games for lunch, have plentiful dinner, and work together to complete 222-Second Game. The refreshing vacation of eight members is revealed. Meanwhile, their dreams come true. SHOTARO, SUNGCHAN, and SMROOKIES perform at SM Town Live 2022 in Suwon. It’s their first time performing together, but they struggle from the rehearsal. Will they be able to perform well in front of 30,000 fans? - Episode 6
E6Episode 6They had fun in Seoul, and this time, it’s Tokyo. SMROOKIES and Special Travel Mates are excited to go on a trip to Japan. SHOTARO and SHOHEI take everyone to SHO-SHO Tour. The members play quizzes to win 100 Yen and show their artistic side to eat washbasin udon. Backstage of SMTOWN Live 2022 Tokyo is revealed. SHOTARO, SUNGCHAN, and SMROOKIES get overwhelmed as they enter the Tokyo Dome full of passion.
