Throughout the evening, Kseniya has been looking for a convenient moment to tell her husband that she knows everything, but still does not find the strength to start a conversation. At night, Kseniya cannot sleep and goes for a walk around the city, where she meets the lawyer Mikhail, who shares with her his secrets and problems of family life. Kseniya learns that Mikhail is seriously ill, but he did not dare to confess this to his wife and instead lied about treason and left his beloved - for her own good. Kseniya is trying to prove how wrong he is in his act.
