When Mrs. Rossini's neighbor Mrs. Napoli is hospitalized, Tony takes care of her beloved grandson Billy. Tony does great and accepts when she asks him to take care of him permanently just before her surgery. Afterwards, he has cleared it with the Bower household, but Mrs. Napoli doesn't even remember asking him.
