YIK-WO knows that MING-YEUNG and YING-WAI are very acquainted with each other, so he continues to work alone without letting MING-YEUNG know. YIK-WO meets up with the obstetrician who helped deliver KA-MING and KA-YIU, and learns that the late CHUEN-FU suspected one of them was not his son. On the trial day, MING-YEUNG and YING-WAI raise that both parties would like to settle the case out of court. To their surprise, YIK-WO wearing a robe, shows up in the court room declaring his intention to intervene in the litigation.
