During a training session, the star of the local bicycle team falls dead to the ground. It appears that he has a very high amount of dope in his blood. What is stranger, he never swallowed anything. Witse and his new partner, Billy Redant, have to investigate the case. Soon it shows that the victim didn't have a clean slate, he also had a heavy influence on his teammates.
