T. Bag is losing her powers because T. Shirt has stopped destroyed her tea plant and teamed up with Debbie. So the witch has to chase Debbie and T. Shirt all the way back to square one on foot. Once there, it is revealed Debbie is still missing several golden letters T (which are in T-Bag's teabag). Without them, Debbie is unable to complete the legend on the chest.
