The Emperor of the land of E hasn't laughed in years. Debbie and T-Bag both enter a competition to make the Emperor chuckle because they want to win the necklace of golden E's the Emperor has around his neck. Debbie gets help from T-Shirt and Eric the Envoy in preparing her act, while T-Bag dresses as a jester and performs all on her own. But neither are good enough to put even the faintest of smile on his highness's lips.
