The tele-salesmen are in a but of a slump, yet surprised when HQ sends them a wacky motivational speaker, Bianca Toro. Her suggestion to counter frustrations by making a clean break to 'seize control of one's own life' has little effect on the men, but the trio has a hard time countering Alice's intent to wreck all her present 'slump', even a corporate award.
