The main event features WWF Intercontinental Champion The Ultimate Warrior defending against the legendary Andre the Giant. In a highly anticipated grudge match, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper makes his long-awaited return to the Garden to settle his score with "Ravishing" Rick Rude.
The blockbuster card also includes WWF Tag Team Champions Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard defending their titles against Demolition, while "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka makes his MSG return against The Honky Tonk Man. Plus, Mr. Perfect faces The Red Rooster, Greg "The Hammer" Valentine battles Ron Garvin, The Genius meets Koko B. Ware, and Mark Young makes his MSG debut against Barry Horowitz.
