WWF returns to Madison Square Garden for an action-packed card televised on the MSG Network. In a historic and shocking Intercontinental Championship match, The Ultimate Warrior defends his title against Andre the Giant. The bitter, royal rivalry between "Macho King" Randy Savage and "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan explodes in a high-stakes encounter, while the undefeated Mr. Perfect faces his toughest test yet against "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka.
The card also features Bret "Hitman" Hart taking on the powerhouse Dino Bravo, and The Bushwhackers battling The Powers of Pain. Plus, Tito Santana faces Boris Zhukov, Al Perez makes his MSG debut against Conquistador #1, and The Brooklyn Brawler takes on Jose Luis Rivera. Gorilla Monsoon and Hillbilly Jim call the action, with Sean Mooney conducting backstage interviews.
