Still Waters Run DeepThe penultimate leg of their boat trip takes Wynne and Joanna from Tenby to Dale and along the serene Cleddau Estuary to Lawrenny. They swim with puffins off Skomer Island, pass the busy port of Milford Haven and kayak across the estuary.

New HorizonsThe pair conclude their voyage by sailing from Milford Haven to St David's. They join the RNLI for a training exercise, take a whistle-stop tour of Britain's smallest city, St David's, before finishing with a swim at Porthselau Beach.
