The first round of the Pantasia Newcomers Competition challenges the contestants to bake a simple butter roll, testing their skill and judgment as much as their baking ability. While Katsuo Umino and Kyosuke Kawachi impress with their careful selection of ingredients, Kazuma Azuma's overconfidence leads to a costly mistake that puts his tournament hopes in jeopardy.
