The plot of this YIAY episode is that Jack is asking the audience for the name of his new puppy. There are a lot of mischievous answers such as "dinner" and "which one is it". But, one of the main answers is "Whitest privilege". This is because back in a past Jack Ask he said that if he ever got a new dog he would name it whitest privilege. At the end, he states that he will use none of the names and is naming the dog Chipwich in the theme of Klondike(Klondike bar), sundae and now Chipwich.
