Herschel Sparks is taking care of his brother's dog since he is in jail. When the dog escapes from his backyard, the animal runs into the Cooper's garage where Sheldon is. The boy has cynophobia and is terrified with the dog, and Mary forces George to ask Herschel to keep the dog in his house. However, the dog feels attraction for Sheldon and sneaks to be close to him, creating a problem between the Coopers and the Sparkses.
