Episode 1The real-estate superstar and her husband (formerly her manager) return to the city and their old brokerage after successfully operating an agency in the countryside. Most of the old team is still there and they take their former colleagues back with open arms. There is a lazy assistant and Mika Shirasu works at the bar with Kokoro now. Customers include a lazy and ingenious wife and a poseur YouTuber. - Episode 2E2
Episode 2What is Sangen doing not coming home to her husband at night and why is she roaming around an Internet cafe? It has something to do with how her joint account with her husband has precisely zero funds in it. In the meantime, an old woman is house shopping and the section boss is tired of eating perfect food. - Episode 3E3
Episode 3The mission this week is to offload three hard-to-sell houses. Each house is assigned two agents and Sangen is declared as the back up and support for each team. The lesbian couple wants a house. A woman wants a house where she can entertain foreign guests, but her husband is a cross-dresser and she is not having any of it. - Episode 4E4
Episode 4Satisfying buyers of different generations could be hard at times. A parent-in-law team and their son and daughter-in-law have different expectations of the house the children will want to buy. The older generation is also thinking that the younger generation is lazy and entitled. Real-estate agents compete. - Episode 5E5
Episode 5The superstar saleswoman of real-estate tastes her first defeat at the hands of a rival. The competing realtor happens to be someone who knows her from a long time ago when they were class-mates. His identity and real name are revealed, as is much of her background. An ugly and superficial man learns to like his ugly girlfriend. - Episode 6E6
Episode 6Two couples with a professional and love connection are using the services of the brokerage to find themselves a home.There is some misunderstanding, clarification, explanations and reconciliations due first however. Shirasu has found a job at the supermarket after being fired from the bar. Sangen recruits her rival to play cupid for customers, but not before she meets with him to put their relationship to rest. - Episode 8E8
Episode 8Two sets of customers come to the real-estate agency hoping to sell their houses, but each has one member of the family against the idea. Sangenya is adamant however. She will sell their houses for them. her husband, and office manager, is courted by a woman and compromising photographs surface. - Episode 9E9
Episode 9Houses keep getting bought and sold, but there is nothing that comes easily. There are a myriad of obstacles to overcome. It is all about dreams, say the realtors. A case of mistaken identity gets resolved or does it? A fashion makeover is duplicated and a long-term relationship seems to pay off. - Episode 10E10
Episode 10It is time for the Shinjuku office's biggest real-estate deal and one that takes Sangenya to several, prefectures away from Tokyo. This must work or the office may be integrated with the Shibuya branch. The Shinjuku office is losing deal after deal to a Chinse-backed competitor.
