Due to a mistake an apartment is hired out to two people a the same time. Harald and Eva are students and they both don't want to give up the apartment. They are quite different: Eva studies psychology and has inherited 70,000 DM, Harald is a poor Macho who wants to make much money as fast as possible. Of course, this leads to a private little war, in which also their friends get involved...
