The USA thinks that Frank is using it to create Weapons Of Mass Destruction. Chilly Beach We Have A ProblemThe US Government needs to get the media off his back because he was caught picking his nose. Katherine gives the government an idea to fake a Pluto landing on the out skirts of Chilly Beach. Frank stumbles upon the "Pluto Landing" site and is mistaken for an alien. David Suzuki declares the the rink a Ecological Site, therefore leaving Dale jobless and able to put the whole town in danger.
