Episode 2The family learns that Monwabisi is stable but Mandlakazi is in a serious condition. Reba feels guilty and wants to leave but Stitch convinces her to stay. She accuses Selo of only caring for Tsietsi. Pitso comes to take Mpho home. Tsietsi finds out that Selo has forbidden his lawyer to help him and makes himself a target in the jail cell. Damian surprises everyone as he holds down the fort through all the chaos and lack of faith from customers at Namane Funerals. - Episode 3E3
Episode 3Mpho won't go back home, saying she belongs by Monwabisi's side and Pitso lets her stay temporarily. Monwabisi bleeds internally when Selo leaves the room and is put on life support. He is declared brain dead. Tsietsi's aunt Nokulunga comes to visit him in jail. Mickey is intercepted at the airport by Interpol. A power surge damages the Namane fridges and Damian makes a plan to move some bodies to Shabangu. - Episode 4E4

Episode 5At first Selo refuses to consider the transplant but then comes round. He says his final goodbye to Monwabisi. Reba prevents Bab' Hlongwane from entering the hospital and Mpho is shocked to learn of the decision to turn off Monwabisi's life support. Nkonzo trades information with the Interpol Officer to get Mickey extradited. Nkonzo tells Tsietsi that Monwabisi is brain dead. Tsietsi refuses to talk despite mounting evidence against him. Damian does damage control until they find the missing body. - Episode 6E6
Episode 6Bab' Hlongwane doesn't arrive in time for the transplant. Mandlakazi's operation is a success but she is too weak to be told about Monwabisi. Nkozo brings Mickey back to the country and tries to turn him in. Damian is distraught over Monwabisi's death. Stitch supports Reba during her loss. - Episode 7E7
Episode 7Mpho uses Pinki to bring back Monwabisi's body after pretending to be his wife. Tsietsi panics because he has no lawyer for the bail hearing but Nokulunga turns up with one at the last minute and Tsietsi is granted bail. Reba sees this and is distraught. Violet comes back and offers to take over for Damian but he wants to be in charge. Reba and Violet mend some bridges. - Episode 8E8
Episode 8Selo asks Reba to take charge at Namane funerals and she tries to find out how Tsietsi got bail. Selo finds out that Mpho took Monwabisi's body. Tsietsi sneaks into the hospital to see his mother and Selo throws him out. Nkonzo gets a lead on Nokulunga. Damian and Violet both try to run Namane funerals. Stitch is falling deeply for Reba. - Episode 9E9
Episode 9Selo slams Mpho for taking Monwabisi's body and tells her she is not to be involved in the funeral arrangements. Mandlakazi wakes up and asks after Monwabisi. When Nokulunga goes to get Tsietsi's clothes she clashes with Mpho and Mantsho. Selo dismisses her attempts to get him to make peace with Tsietsi. Tsietsi and Nokulunga look to future plans. Stitch is there for Reba. Damian tries to assert his authority at Namane Funerals when Violet gives orders. Violet comforts Mpho. - Episode 10E10
Episode 10Reba discovers Selo paid Tsietsi's bail and feels devastated and betrayed. Selo washes and dresses Monwabisi. Nkonzo confronts Nokulunga about her past. Stitch says his goodbye's to Monwabisi. Tsietsi discovers his mother has woken up. Damian and Nokulunga meet and the two divas suss each other out. - Episode 11E11
Episode 11It is a painful day in the Namane house as they lay one of their own to rest at Monwabisi's funeral. But Mandlakazi lies in hospital with pipes coming out of her body and can't bury her son. As if the pain isn't enough, Nkonzo stops the burial, he wants Monwabisi's body. Nokulunga has to stop an eager and pained Tsietsi from even thinking about going to the funeral, he will be back in jail before he even gets to sing 'amagugu'. But this is also a good opportunity for Nokulunga to insert herself into the family that has discarded her for many years. Her speech at the funeral is priceless. Damian is determined to make this the best funeral Namane Funerals has ever handled, if it means fighting Violet for the spotlight, so be it. - Episode 12E12
Episode 12Selo's plan to keep Monwabisi's death a secret from Mandlakazi is thwarted when Nokulunga inadvertently lets the cat out of the bag during her visit with Mandlakazi. Mandlakazi is inconsolable, and she swears she will never forgive her family for not telling her. She sees an image of Monwabisi in her sedated state, and swears to him that she will protect him. Tsietsi finds it impossible to get a good lawyer for the money he has - a total of 300k which he smuggles out of his apartment undetected. He makes a stop in Mpho's room to apologize for his crimes, saying he was not in his right mind when he shot Monwabisi. Violet and Damian are convinced that Stitch and Reba are having sex. Reba is so grief-stricken she does finally take Stitch to bed. - Episode 13E13
Episode 13Mandlakazi struggles to deal with Monwabisi's death and blames Reba and Selo. Tsietsi is intent on finding a new way to make money. He sets his sights on working with the Namane's arch business nemesis, Shabangu Funerals. Where Stitch sees his relationship with Reba growing from strength to strength, it seems Reba herself is having second thoughts about sleeping with him. - Episode 14E14
Episode 14While Selo hides the impending financial problems, Reba tries to deal with Shabangu and his tasteless advert. Mandlakazi takes out her anger and grief on Mpho and demands that Selo bring Tsietsi to her. Tsietsi and Nokulunga work on getting their tombstone business off the ground. Nokulunga has to steal some valuable data from Namane Funerals while Tsietsi has to make sure he doesn't violate his bail conditions. Violet and Damian worry about their jobs; they try to lure Shabangu's unhappy clients while. They revel in the fact that Stitch seems to be getting serious with Reba. - Episode 15E15
Episode 15Selo reluctantly invites and sneaks Tsietsi into the Namane House at Mandlakazi's request making Tsietsi think there is a chance for reconciliation. Reba is shocked when she catches Tsietsi at the family home and reports him to the police. Nkonzo sets out to get Selo to make a statement confirming Reba's allegations. Violet worries that Reba is not attracted to Stitch and that her friend is going to get hurt. - Episode 16E16
Episode 16Reba asks Mickey for a gun after seeing Tsietsi. Makhoza offers Selo a drink. Tsietsi starts cold calling clients for the tombstone business. Nokulunga catches Pinki with Tsietsi. Stitch is delighted with his relationship with Reba while Damian and Violet debate whether to tell her about Buzwe. - Episode 17E17
Episode 17Selo is missing for Monwabisi's funeral and when he shows up, he's drunk. Mantsho tells Mpho she's taking Mpho back home. Mandlakazi clashes with Nokulunga but this time Nokulunga stands her ground. Nokulunga tries to make peace with Mpho and Mpho reveals she's going back home. Selo and Mickey have a heart to heart, Selo sharing how guilty he feels. Reba nags Mickey to teach her how to shoot again but Mickey is noncommittal. Reba has found out that something shady is going on at Shabangu's and she's going to find out what it is. Mickey is not convinced it will go anywhere. Tsietsi is haunted by memories of the night he shot Monwabisi and Mandlakazi. Ms Booi approaches Buzwe with the idea of representing Tsietsi. Buzwe is not very keen but he's intrigued by the proposal. Nokulunga tells Tsietsi Mpho is planning to go back home. Tsietsi calls Mandlakazi and begs her to stop Mpho. Damian suspects Selo is drinking again. Damian, Violet and Stitch reminisce about Monwabisi. - Episode 18E18
Episode 18Namane Funerals is losing clients in droves. It becomes worse when they lose the whole burial society who want to walk away with lots of money. This pushes Reba to play dirty and Selo to go back to gambling. Tsietsi's on a mission to make money so he can be represented by a law firm with clout, not a start-up, no name brand like Buzwe. - Episode 22E22
Episode 22Reba has had enough of Nkonzo's antics and client complaints about having no hearses, and decides to call Buzwe up for legal reinforcement. She manages to get Nkonzo to relinquish the hearses. Stitch tries to find out where his relationship stands, with heavy coaching from Violet and Damian, but fails when Reba deflects. Tsietsi tries to smooth things over with Pinki, and is worried when Ms Booi seems worried about his court appearance. - Episode 23E23
Episode 23Mandlakazi warns Selo about the dangers of drinking when he is an alcoholic. A gift arrives from Monwabisi. Things are tense in the Namane household on the day of Tsietsi's court date. Reba blows off steam and finds something to feel good about. Tsietsi consults Bab'Nkomonde who gives him magical ash to confuse the enemy in court. Ma'Mazibuko tries to get Nkonzo to take blessed water but Nkonzo believes all he needs is evidence to put Tsietsi away. It looks like Bab'Nkomonde's magical ash is working. - Episode 24E24
Episode 24Tsietsi is shocked when Bab'Nkomonde's Muti doesn't prevent his trial date from being set, but keeps his calm in front of the media. Ms Booi invites Buzwe to go with her to meet Tsietsi. The wedge between Mandlakazi and Selo grows. Mandlakazi berates Mpho for opening the gift from Monwabisi. Reba takes over Tsietsi's office and agrees to go out for dinner with Stitch. Damian and Violet butt heads over planning Gog' Joyce's funeral. - Episode 25E25
Episode 25Mandlakazi continues to alienate her family. Mpho and Selo feel the brunt of Mandlakazi's rage. Reba focuses her attention on reviving Namane Funerals, and making sure Tsietsi will not be free - by hook or by crook. Tsietsi continues his dalliances with Pinki, despite Nokulunga's disapproval. His attention is turned to his mother, when he receives a mysterious message from her. Tug-of war for NF funeral planner between Damian and Violet gets nasty. Damian encourages Stitch to man-up and take the lead with Reba. - Episode 26E26
Episode 26Selo's drinking increases, he even sleeps in his car and asks the helper to lie about seeing him. He keeps finding solace in MaKhoza. When he gets to the office, he refuses to solve an issue with a client, as he is drunk and Damian smells it. Violet and Damian get frustrated when they can't get help from Selo or Reba as they deal with a very difficult Gog'Joyce. The trap has been set. Nkonzo is waiting to pounce on his prey but unknown to him Zungu has unwittingly let on to Ms Booi. The moment Ms Booi hears Tsietsi has gone to see his mother, she puts two and two together and the whole operation evaporates in front of Nkonzo's eyes. Meanwhile Reba is tortured by her guilt at acting unethically. Damian helps Selo cover his reeking breath with coffee and a mint. - Episode 27E27
Episode 27Mandlakazi warms to Selo after he stands up for the family against Nkonzo. Tsietsi figures out that Reba set him up. He pays her a visit to give her a warning. He sees Mpho and claims there is still a spark between them as much as she may hate him now. The Armed Forces come to speak to Selo about an urgent matter. They refuse to deal with Reba due to her behavior during the pitch (she was drugged by Tsietsi but they don't know this) and Reba feels humiliated. - Episode 28E28
Episode 28A crisis with the army barracks forces Selo to put his foot down with Reba, who is bitter about her exclusion from the deal. Selo fights tooth and nail to avoid the bottle. Tsietsi arrogantly rejects Shabangu's business proposition, only for Tsietsi to face the consequences. Stitch's spirits are rejuvenated when Reba apologizes for ignoring him and wants to make up for it. - Episode 30E30
Episode 30It's a big day at Namane Funerals as the soldiers are transported. Selo arrives home from a night of drinking, the family is not impressed. Reba makes a mistake that gravely impacts the company. Nkonzo learns a victim's children will go into the Welfare system. He realizes the extent of his negligence and has to face the consequences. Violet defends a heartbroken Stitch and Damian has to deal with an angry, bereaved couple. - Episode 31E31
Episode 31Selo manages to convince the cremation mix-up client to be understanding and let go, he uses his sad story of his family. He gets no praise or appreciation from Mandlakazi. Their happiness is soon dampened by the email from the Military which makes Selo worry about payment. He ends up with MaKhoza at Kgosi's relieving his stress. Suspension hasn't dampened Nkonzo's determination to get Tsietsi locked up for life. In the meantime, Mpho has a strange dream about Tsietsi. Tsietsi is strengthening himself with Nkomonde's Muti. But we see a gentle side of him as he sends Mpho a baby gift. Nonetheless, Tsietsi gets up to no good. Stitch tells Damian, Violet and Reba that he's resigning. - Episode 33E33
Episode 33The Namanes butt heads as they prepare for the family ceremony. Reba and Buzwe's relationship continues to blossom while Selo's financial decisions come back to haunt him. Nkonzo ignores his suspension and goes back on the hunt for Tsietsi after hearing he is suspected of stealing from Shabangu. Violet and Damian do damage control after Stitch's departure. - Episode 34E34
Episode 34Tsietsi tries to entice Buzwe with money, but Buzwe refuses to represent him. Nkonzo vows to keep an eye on Buzwe. Tsietsi tells the papers about Nkonzo's suspension. Nokulunga comes to the cleansing in Tsietsi's place. To everyone's horror the goat dies. The Biyela's want the Namanes to pay back the money. Violet and Damian vow to support the family, and go to the cleansing. - Episode 35E35
Episode 35Mpho goes to lay flowers on Monwabisi's grave following the death of the goat, and finds the grave desecrated. She finds an unlikely ally in Tsietsi, who is willing to help her put the grave site back in order. Mandlakazi inadvertently meets Buzwe and likes him. Nkonzo sees Reba and Buzwe together and confronts Buzwe, who punches him. Nkonzo arrests Buzwe. Selo has to pay the bail bondsman, and resorts to gambling. He has a lucky streak and wins, but then thieves help themselves to his takings. - Episode 36E36
Episode 36Selo drinks after being robbed of his gambling winnings. Mpho and Tsietsi agree to work together restoring Monwabisi's defaced grave. Nkonzo releases Buzwe from jail and is reinstated to the force. Buzwe takes Tsietsi' case. Damian and Violet get in a sticky situation trying to do Stitch's job. Selo appoints a new mortician. - Episode 38E38
Episode 38Tsietsi is desperate to make money so that they can pay Buzwe. Nokulunga offers to help, she calls a gangster, little does she know she's putting her life at great risk. Selo feels dethroned in his own company when the staff obey Reba's orders and ideas instead of his. Mandlakazi wants to play matchmaker between Reba and Buzwe. And Buzwe shows Nkonzo that he has one over him. - Episode 39E39
